“Tradition” means the authenticity of our dishes, from the raw materials used to the creations of our chefs.
In the Osteria Al Pesador kitchen, our desire is to enhance the typical products of our islands and our lagoon.
Fish, meat and vegetables arrive at Pesador from the Rialto Market where, every day, we select the freshest products which are the gastronomic testimony of our territory.
Dishes which are the expression of recipes lost in centuries of history of this city.

Between tradition and intimacy
The Pesador is one of those eating places where the warmth of the place, the charm of Venice and a menu worth checking out offer the customer wonderful sensations that are hard to resist.
The osteria overlooks the Grand Canal on one side and Campo San Giacometo on the other.
Historically, the building which houses the Pesador has always belonged to the Rialto Market. In fact, it was here that the public weighbridge of the fruit and vegetable market was located, and this was its use from the sixteenth century right up to the 1970s.
